(S)Low-Tech AI is a meditative installation that approaches artificial intelligence through a geological lens. A sculptural interface of four stones activates a slow, responsive AI system that evolves through touch, generating sound and image over time. Each configuration contributes to a growing digital landscape, echoing sedimentary processes shaped by collective interaction.

Drawing on imagery from geologically significant sites in Scotland, where ancient stone carvings mark early forms of symbolic data recording, the work reframes AI as a slow, material, and ethical process grounded in time, matter, and human engagement.
